Dr. Tara Sanft is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and the Director of the Adult Survivorship Program at Yale University. Her clinical duties include overseeing three survivorship clinics: a multidisciplinary clinic, a survivorship care plan clinic and a long-term survivorship clinic. Dr. Sanft's research focus is on care plan delivery, distress in survivors and healthy lifestyle behaviors in breast cancer survivors including diet and exercise interventions to improve cancer-related biomarkers and quality of life. She also serves as a member of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network Adolescent and Young Adult (NCCN AYA) and the NCCN Survivorship Committees.
