Rebecca A. Shatsky is a board-certified medical oncologist who specializes in treating breast cancer. Dr. Shatsky completed a hematology/oncology fellowship at UC San Diego School of Medicine, where she was recognized as an outstanding oncology fellow by the National Comprehensive Cancer Network. She completed her residency at UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine and earned her medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. She is part of UC San Diego Health's Precision Immunotherapy Clinic, which offers the most promising investigational immunotherapy treatments for many types of cancer. Her research work focuses on the treatment of triple negative breast cancer and has been published in Molecular Cancer Therapeutics, Cancer Treatment Reviews and Personalized Medicine in Oncology, among others.
